My journey in women’s health began over fifteen years ago, supporting women as a doula, midwife apprentice, and massage therapist. These hands-on experiences taught me the power of listening, educating, and guiding women toward feeling strong and in control of their health.

I grew up on a rural farm in New York, where I developed a deep love for natural living, nutrition, and self-sufficiency. Later, while homesteading with my family, I learned that food is one of the most powerful tools for wellness—but eating in a way that supports your body doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive. I love cooking, meal planning, and creating delicious, anti-inflammatory meals that actually taste amazing!
Now, as a mom of three, I understand how demanding life can be—and how easy it is to put your own health last. That’s why my approach is realistic and flexible, helping busy women implement sustainable changes without adding stress to their already full plates.
